ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in unincorporated St. Charles County, Missouri.  My childhood consisted primarily of church, school, and Boy Scouts.  I earned the coveted Eagle Scout just before graduating high school in 1994.  I went immediately from high school to Lindenwood University where I met my wife and graduated four years later with a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelors of Arts in Religion.  I then went to the Eastern Missouri Law Enforcement Training Academy where I became a certified police officer.  I was a police officer with the small city of Foristell, Missouri for three years when I married my wife, Olivia, on October 14, 2000.  I then landed a good job with the Boeing Company in Uniformed Security Services.  I currently work as an Information Systems Security Officer with Government Computing Security.  Boeing has great pay and good benefits—especially in regards to education.  While working for Boeing, I completed my Master of Arts in Management and Leadership in December of 2005 at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri and my Master of Business Administration in January of 2008 at Columbia Southern University.  Since I can’t stand being outside of public law enforcement, I also work part-time as a police officer for the rural town of New Melle, Missouri.  I am also a First Aid/CPR/AED instructor for the American Red Cross and a PPCI certified Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training (OCAT) instructor.  Finally, my wife and I celebrated the birth of our son, Tristan, on May 31, 2006 and the birth of our daughter, Josephine, on December 23, 2008!
